Hi! I’m Diana Melikyan! I’m a Product Designer at AF Group, where my primary focus is our digital customer portal. I help build and establish our design system, UX principles, and accessibility practices, creating a more consistent and inclusive product experience.

I’ve also established strong qualitative and quantitative research practices that inform improvements across both new and existing products. By combining human-centered design with data-driven insights, my work has improved product usability, accelerated delivery, and contributed to increased client retention.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and a Master of information in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Michigan.
